His debut novel, The Unremembered, is the first installment of his new Vault of Heaven series and stays true to the tropes of the genre while attempting to ramp up the epicness of the story. Like Sanderson’s works, Orullian’s debut is set in a more colorful world than can be found in many of the traditional epic series.
